Passing by the bike section in WalMart yesterday, Owen started begging for a new bike... I told him we weren't getting him a new bike until he learned to ride on two wheels! So what did that little stinker do? He came home and practiced until he did it, and then made me fulfill my end of the bargain by going back that night to get his new bike! They are all growing up so fast...

Take Me Out...
Can you guess where we were a couple days ago??? Here's a hint...

Here's another:

Still stumped? This will give it away...
Okay, that was too easy - I know the beer man gave it away! Joe and I took the big boys to Great American Ballpark to watch the Reds play the Indians. After losing two games to them, we knew it may be a tough one to watch, but they pulled it off! A great way for the boys to experience their first major league baseball game! And to top it all off, they each received Bronson Arroyo (the Reds' pitcher) stuffed dolls as part of a promotion - what could be better?!?!
Oh yeah, I know what could be better... Cotton candy!!!!!

Mother's Day
If someone would have told me 10 years ago that today I would be a mother to 3 boys, I never would have believed them. Honestly, I would have been scared out of my mind! Sometimes I still don't believe it today! But although being a mother is by far the toughest job I have ever done, and is something nobody can truly prepare you for, getting those big smiles, hugs, and hearing "Happy Mother's Day, Mommy!" somehow makes it all worthwhile. I love my boys, and I love my life - God has truly blessed me with so many riches.

JT - 4 months
I just love this little guy... :)
Here Comes Peter Cottontail...
They did have a new treat this year (to us, anyway), one that I could totally make at home - chocolate-covered, peanut-filled, pretzel nuggets. I could seriously make a meal out of them, but I better save some for Joe.. Yummm....
Darn it...
Don't you hate it when you leave the house and think, "I really should bring my camera.."??? That was my thought this morning as we left for Owen's 1st soccer game of the year. Of course, after TWO previous seasons with nothing much to post about, he scores today, for the first time ever! And not just once, but FOUR times! Geez, just my luck - bad mommy!!!
Great job to my favorite middle son, it was a joy to watch you finally grow into your soccer shoes and grasp the concept of the game this morning! I am actually looking forward to this spring season!!!
