The past two years have not been very successful when it comes to coloring eggs. This year, the boys (Dillon) have been asking about it for at least a week, if not more. Tonight was the night - and no cups were spilled, only a couple eggs were cracked, and no tears were shed - hooray! Here are some pics of the results:
This weekend we took a day trip to Lebanon, Ohio to take a ride on the Easter Bunny Express. It was the boys' first ride on a train, so they were very excited! The train rolled 4.4 mi. down the tracks (took about 30 min.), then let the passengers off for some events.
Back on the train for the 30 min. ride back...
Fun adventure! We'll have to do another train line in the fall... Any suggestions, please advise!
The sun peeked its head out for a few days last week, and we were blessed with some warmth to enjoy the outdoors. We took the opportunity to play outside, and even headed to Allen Center park to play for a bit. Can't wait for this nice weather to be an every-day occurrence!
We had some friends over on Tuesday night for a spaghetti dinner - it has been so long since the kids got together for a playdate, they barely remember each other! The kids had a blast playing, and all got along great. We can't wait for the next get-together!
