This was the very first year for Dillon to play T-ball, and it was a great one! He played for the Fairbanks league, and it was really nice. The games consisted of 2 innings, with each player getting to hit each inning. The coaches pitched about 6-7 balls, and if the kid couldn't hit one, they would pull out the tee. Every hit was a single, there were no outs, and the last player hit a "home run" so everyone came around to home plate. Teaching the basics to the kids - it was simple and nobody got their feelings hurt! Joe did a great job as assistant coach, and is already looking forward to next year when Owen can play, too!
