New House

Goodbye, old house... It's been a wonderful 6 years, and we have a ton of fond memories from our first house together. It was sad to say goodbye, but as of last Saturday, we have a new home now - and are just loving it. We can't wait to make all sorts of new memories in this one. With our little rugrats, I know we won't have a hard time doing it!
Everytime Dillon comes into the new den, he hops up on the chair, reaches for the keyboard and yells, "Elmo! Elmo!" until I put the Elmo peekaboo game on the computer for him. He loves Elmo...
We have a nice wide doorway between our kitchen and family room now, so it's the perfect place to hang Owen's jumper swing. He just recently has been able to use it - he's gained a lot of head and neck control, I can finally carry him one-armed on my hip...
Dillon has recently been putting two words together to communicate a little clearer. His first one was "Big Truck", followed by "More Cars", followed by the most recent one, "New House". It's just so adorable to pull into our new garage, and he says, "New House!". Or even sometimes when we're looking out the window to the yard, he'll say it then, too.
I do believe one of the most exciting things for Dillon in this new house is that his friends live right behind us. He looks over there when he's eating, and if they're outside, he'll say, "Friends!" or "Avery!" or "Cole!", he just loves playing with them, and we are thrilled that they will all be able to grow up together, what a fun time it will be...
